2 Months Old!

Here are the pictures from Nixon's 2 month photo shoot:

 We also interviewed Nixon:
Kim and Lyza took a little bike ride. Too bad it started to rain just a couple minutes into their trip. Oh well. Bring on the May flowers!
 What a tired princess
Nixon likes playing under his little activity center/play mat

 We love his smiles
Kim and Lyza were playing with these magnetic dress up dolls and Lyza put together a pretty crazy outfit. Kim asked Lyza what was going on with the crazy outfit and she said "it's grandma." She never said which grandma : )

Here she is cooking at her kitchen wearing one of mamma's aprons
 What a doll
Lyza playing with Nixon and making him laugh

 I agree with the shirt
This one shows off Nixon's forehead dimple

 Play time
Cat nap...Actually, tummy-time wore him out so he had to take a little snooze
We like to turn on Pandora radio and dance to kids/Disney songs. Yesterday while we were listening and this song came on from Tangled Lyza was extra excited because she was wearing her Rapunzel dress

That's all for now. Take care

Nixon is 8 Weeks Today! Happy Easter

WARNING: This is a long post. Grab a snack and enjoy!
Mr. Nixon has been really smiley this week

 Check out the cool sunglasses
 More smiles

 Nixon has something to say

We took Lyza to a children's play center here in Moscow called Bonkerz. She had lots of fun there.
There was a climbing area with a slide and different obstacles.
 She loved the slide:

There was an area with all kinds of cars for kids to drive
There was a fully stocked kitchen and dining area

An area with shopping carts and produce for sale

 Of course Nixon enjoyed himself

And more smiles...

Here is Lyza playing with her flubber

One of her favorite games was to hide the pig and then try and find him
Ballerina + bubbles = FUN!
 "Sly Little Guy"
Sleeping with his Wub a Nub
Here is Lyza reciting a nursery rhyme

We went up to Coeur d'Alene/Post Falls on Friday to try and find a house. Here we are at the Kroc Center killing some time and getting wiggles out in between some showings

We had a Stake Primary Easter activity yesterday
There was an amazing breakfast, followed by an Easter egg hunt

Lyza was afraid of the Easter bunny. I don't blame her...look at that scary face!
The bubble machine was a hit!
Here is Nixon smiling before church today
Here is a video of us getting a few smiles out of Nixon before church
Lyza thought that she should wear this bib (Nixon's) to church today
 Nixon in his church outfit
  Our 2 babies before church

This was Lyza's initial reaction to us asking her to get closer to mamma...Kim is certainly feeling the love
 That's better!
After church we did an Easter egg hunt with some friends from the Ward. We got a picture of the three of us together (Nixon was sleeping in the car)
 With my favorite little girl
 Model?
Waiting for the Easter egg hunt to begin
 Ready...go!

 It was a beautiful day

When we got home from church and the Easter egg hunt I got my picture taken with my little guy

During Lyza's nap the Easter bunny came!
She got some sidewalk chalk
Bubbles and a little magna doodle

Some stickers and some books

 And a golf set!

Eventually she decided to mix the bubbles and the golf...
Lyza also got a new tricycle
She was really excited to take it out for a spin

 Playing with sidewalk chalk

You made it to the end!
That's all for now. Stay tuned for Nixon's 8-week photo shoot in the next couple of days.
Take care.
