The kids looking at the blog together
Swim goggles are a must when you are playing with play dough
Where does she come up with these outfits?
Kim was thrilled when the kids brought this creepy crawly jar into the house
More wind means more pine needles...
That didn't stop Nixon from having fun
He loves the swing
Who doesn't love sliding into a pile of sharp pine needles?
Mason didn't think it was funny when his mom placed him in between these bags
Pretty fall colors
On a walk/bike ride Nixon came running back to Kim (he was on his bike and was way ahead of the walkers) and was yelling "I found a real live dead bird." Kim thought he found a dead bird and was bringing it back to her. It turned out to be a Halloween decoration that blew away from someone's house. He had her worried!
Lyza started copying one of the dino info cards to give to one of her friends. So thoughtful?
Lyza got to go on a "date" with Kim to do some shopping. Kim bought her a churro at Costco and it was the best thing ever
Kissing selfie
Our kids love slugs
Lyza used leaves and placed little seeds and berries on them to make meals for critters
Grandma Keyes, this one is for you ;)
What a cute boy!
We had some pumpkin cookie butter ice cream for desert one evening and Mason even had some. He really enjoyed it.
I took Lyza and Nixon on a date to the library this week. They each played learning games on the computers and then picked out some books before we left. Nixon picked an Avengers book. He feel asleep looking at it that night.
Lyza sings this song at kindergarten and it is super cute. I am not exactly sure if it is the same degree of cuteness when she tells Kim "I am glad we live in the United States of America. It is the best country in the world." On the way to the library for our date we saw an American flag and she told me that it is the flag for the "United States of America." She then told me that it is important to tell people we are from the "United States of America" because there are people from other americas and ours is the best.
What are they teaching her?
Mason had fun in the bath last night.
That's all for now. Take care
