On a long shopping trip Henry got to redeem his birthday cupcake at Coles/Starbucks and he was so happy for some chocolate cake

Shortly after we came home from church last Sunday there was a moose across the street
We saw the moose later on in the day on a bike ride and Nixon spooked it and made it run along the street on everyone's front lawns. It left its tracks in our front lawn.
We played some Skyjo as a family
We took advantage of a day without rain and got outside for some family pictures. Henry was ecstatic!

The boys had fun doing some Halloween painting this week
We woke up one morning to discover the moose had eaten Kim's flowers, slept on our lawn, and pooped everywhere (not necessarily in that order)
They found them a few doors down on their walk to the bus stop

On Thursday we had a trunk or treat for the local First District Bar Association (a bunch of lawyers)
Daddy's truck was the best stop
Then we had a ward chili cook off and trunk or treat at the church
The next day was a costume parade at the school and Lyza was a little embarrassed by her mom
Looks like Mason played strange as well
That evening we went as a family to the Halloween carnival at the elementary school and the kids got to play lots of games
Nixon won a Red Robin gift certificate playing Bingo
Our friends took possession of a cabin on Friday night so we got to go out there and check it out on Saturday
We even found a fishing rod and did some fishing off the dock
I of course took the drone up to get a better view
