Quarantine: Week 12

This is how Mason dressed up for church last week
Kim does such a great job preparing a lesson for the kids every week
Mason's costume change during church
The irises are doing well
The kids got to pick up report cards from their teachers. Here is Lyza with her teacher
And Nixon with his teacher

His teacher may have been the super hero this year
I don't think they like sour candy
The kids had fun creating this game themselves
"Congratulations you finished!"
The picture is almost as cute as he is
Doesn't he look cute with a backpack? He is growing up too fast
We started painting the fence this week
And Lyza and Nixon had some friends over (and apparently just let them watch them play on tablets?)

Kim is a superstar! She painted at least 90% of the fence (the missionaries, Nixon, and I did the other 10%)
The kids got to go to another park this week

Nixon climbed up all by himself but needed some help down
Look what he did
But his explanation for why he did it makes perfect sense...
Kim got the fence all painted and it looks great!

I have been stalking the neighborhood hummingbirds a lot this week and put together a little video made of still images taken at high speed (essentially stop motion)
Henry has been saying "I love you" and it makes my heart melt
He is also pretty funny when he plays with this hamster that repeats back what you say
I messed around with some low light long exposure shots last night
Nixon is really good at getting himself ready for church
He and I had some fun throwing pom poms in the air

The kids decided they would play a little trick on me

Mason didn't want to be left out of the fun
Listen to his laugh
As usual Kim had an awesome lesson for the kids for church and after they had an activity that the primary president dropped off for them this week
Mirrors with the Savior in them
Take care

  1. Congratulations on finishing up your school year Lyza & Nixon! Your cousins are jealous since they have 2 weeks to go. :)
Well done on getting the fence painted. Such a big job!
