Changing Seasons

Our next door neighbors have been missing our kids so they invited them over to have some popcorn and visit

They are very sweet

They also asked the kids to color on their sidewalk

They even tried the hopscotch

Ever wonder what a mosquito looks like up close?

Kim and some friends went out to Dockside for dessert

If you thought the mosquito was gross, check out this spider

For preschool the kids did some rubbings with leaves

She is coming out of her cocoon and ready to emerge for Halloween

The leaves are changing colors and looking beautiful

It was POURING rain yesterday and Mason was still tough enough to play soccer. That perseverance paid off because he got his first GOAL! He played really well yesterday and had a couple shot attempts and even got one in. I didn't get it documented because of the crazy rain. I don't want to forget the joy on his face after the ball went in and everyone cheered for him. GOOD JOB MASON!
Before his goal and while there was a short period where the rain wasn't quite as intense I got this clip of him working hard. His team only had three players and the other team had 4 players.

Kim and I went out for dinner to one of our favorite restaurants. After we went to a new gelato place downtown for dessert. YUMMY!

Henry had lots of fun last night when Kim pretended to munch on his back

They are so cute together

I am sure we will be spending some time this week raking pine needles

Take care
