Friend Camping at Priest Lake

 Work on Monday took me out to Killarney Lake to view a client's property, why don't I get to do this for work every day?

Kim went to stake girls camp this week and played the whole time

They had some pretty views there

Kim got home late on Thursday night and Friday morning we packed up the van and took the family camping to Priest Lake to camp with another 11 families

Here is our campsite all set up

On our first night there some clouds rolled in and we got a little bit of rain

Before the rain there were pretty views

The kids had lots of fun playing together

When I got up at 4 am to go potty I noticed the sky was clear and the stars were out so I got out the tripod and camera to get a shot of all the stars

It was a cold night and there was a fire ban so we made some hot chocolate to warm up

After some hot chocolate Kim left for a run

After breakfast Kim, Lyza, and Nixon went for a hike while the little boys and I stayed back and played at camp and the lake

Henry got really exhausted from playing at the beach and ended out taking a long nap on the beach

There was lots of digging in the sand

I got to play lots of volleyball

And paddle board

Mason got out on the kayak

Henry had fun playing catch with some dogs

There were sooo many kids there (you will see in the group picture below) and the kids were always out playing with the other kids so we didn't see them a whole lot

The adults didn't mind having some time to talk though

Lyza and her friends made a fort in the woods with fallen wood

There was rain in the forecast for our last night and last morning so we decided to pack up and leave for home late that night so we would not have to pack up in the rain the next morning. When we got home at 10:30 that night it was hard to get Nixon out of the van
