Lyza's 5th Birthday!

We put Lyza in the tub one night and this is who we found in there after a while

 Passed out!

Nixon has started sleeping in a big boy bed. Hooray!

 Last week for church Nixon and I sported matching bow ties

 Lyza looked beautiful as usual

 Spiderman joined us for dinner

We went to a missionary farewell and Nixon wore his Spiderman costume. Someone there drew this for him.

Kim took the kids on a sled ride this week and they had a blast

 They have been in love with hot chocolate. Nice mustache

 We went to a Christmas house this week. We took a bus there, which was the kids' first bus ride

Mason passed out a swaddled up

 Thee Grinch was there (Nixon was terrified of him)

 Nixon saw Santa (Lyza was too scared to talk to him)

They had a cotton candy machine there

 The ride home was just as exciting as the ride there

Figgy remembered Lyza's birthday

Lyza chose banana chocolate chip muffins for her birthday breakfast

 We had a fun breakfast together

After Kim's workout she took the kids to Denny's for a free birthday meal for Lyza

 I came home form work at lunch time and we went out to Mobius Museum
It is located at the mall so we saw the big  Christmas tree first

 And I took the kids up and down the escalator

Right at the entrance to the museum Lyza was greeted by one of her best friends

There are lots of fun activities for the kids. Giant teeth and tooth brush

Lyza loved the house area and gathered up a bunch of animals and mothered them

 Nixon climbed on everything possible

 Mason wasn't afraid of the dinosaur. He was born into a dinosaur house

He did get pretty tired by the end of that big afternoon

 After dinner it was time for presents

Lyza requested a dinosaur ice cream cake and her amazing mother delivered

 What a beauty!

The kids have put on some pretty fun dancing sessions lately

Kim and Mason were having some fun one night. Kim would drop him down fast and his face would change from a smile to a frown really fast. We got some of it on video, but it was much more intense before we recorded it

Mason really like to laugh and Nixon is pretty good at helping him

We can't believe Lyza is 5! She is so smart, sweet, fun, energetic, thoughtful, crazy, silly, loving, and so many other things. We are so blessed to have her.
