11 Year Anniversary and Lots of Snow

While we were all still recovering from being sick there was a lot of snuggling

If I woke up with my arm in my sleepers like this I would be upset too

I love Lyza's morning look

Gymnastics last week was cancelled and no one told us. So, I made the best of it and took the kids for a donut date

My new zoom lens comes in handy when I want to take a picture of the kids outside but don't want to go outside

We played some epic play dough last Sunday afternoon

Lyza had to take a phone break and talk to Grandma

We have had LOTS of snow in the last couple of weeks

Lyza especially loves playing in the snow

This picnic table was totally cleared off Monday before bed (Lyza cleaned it all off). This is how much snow was on it on Tuesday morning

School was cancelled so Lyza and her friend Karalie played together in the snow

At least the fresh snow looks pretty

Mason was so sad when his vacuum couldn't clean up this mess he made ;)

Henry isn't so sure about having raspberries blown on his tummy

But his mom can always make him smile

He likes flying high

It wasn't too hard to leave the house and get on with the day this morning with such a beautiful sunrise

Kim planned a Valentine's day party for the younger kids. They had lots of fun

Henry tried solid food for the first time this week (if you can call baby cereal "solid"). He wasn't too sure about it

For preschool on Friday there was a Valentine's Day theme. The kids helped make smoothies

And they played "Minute to Win It" type games

On Saturday morning I took some pictures from our kitchen window. These icicles were a fun subject

The kids had their last gymnastics lesson on Saturday

They had fun

I took the kids to Costco after for some shopping and some lunch

Meanwhile at home, Mason got into Lyza's Valentine's candy and spilled this all over her bed

We brought home some pretty flowers because it was our 11-year anniversary

Kim and I went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse and had a great time

I felt badly for this mother at church with 4 unruly children ;)

Lyza came home from church and asked to read the scriptures that they talked about in her class. She is so AMAZING!

After lunch we played outside in the snow. We made this snow fort in the front yard

The kids have been having so much fun in the snow. Here is a video compilation of their sledding in the front yard
