Merry Christmas!

On the Sunday before Christmas we got some pictures taken before church

We made sugar cookies

I got this from a client

Henry approved of the cookies

Lyza friend gave her a late birthday gift

We watched Home Alone as a family and the kids thought it was the funniest thing ever

One night we took a drive to see some Christmas lights

The ones set to music were lots of fun

Nixon lost a tooth

Nixon was super helpful wrapping caramels

We had some friends over for Christmas Eve dinner

The kids did a Nativity

Lyza and Nixon (and Mason) did a little piano recital

I love the note Lyza left for Santa: "Please give Lyza's new pet hamster Donut presents too"

This is what the tree looked like before the little ones woke up on Christmas morning

These two were first to look into their boots

Henry was happy there was a candy cane in his boot

He also had lots of foil wrapped chocolates to keep him busy

And a tooth brush to use right after

Mason was excited to get a robot

Henry got a bunch of hot wheels cars, a car carrier, and lots of track for his cars

He has really liked these cars

Nixon got a remote controlled drone

The big kids were both happy to get lots of books

Since we didn't have any snow for Christmas Henry and I decided to play outside

It was all fun and games until Henry fell

Lyza lost a tooth on Christmas day

One of the gifts we got looks a little defective

The kids have been having a lot of fun with their car tracks

On Christmas evening it snowed a lot so the next day we got to go sledding

The kids also really enjoyed playing with these huge snow balls
